    I was at that 5/15 show, and, at the risk of heresy, I still like it better than 2/13, which I was also at. I thought they were a little stiff in February, probably adjusting to the departure of TC, but by May, they were back to being a rollicking juggernaut. They had to be, to top the absolutely magical Riders set. Also, during Katie Mae, right after “oil wells in her back yard”, there was an explosion of hissing from part of the crowd! In retrospect, it’s surprising that Pen did not get more of that.
