Sweet! No shit? 15 years old? No wonder your adult songwriting is so brilliant. I had just hopped on the ecology bandwagon; participated in big Earth Day demonstration April 1970. I would have been impressed (am impressed) by a kid my age (I was almost 15) writing that kind of stuff.
Some friends and I attended the first Earth Day celebration at San Jose State, where they buried a car. What a stupid gesture that was! They dug it up later.
